Biography

Sarah, a Miami-born dancer to German parents, grew up in Italy before moving to London in 2018. Following the completion of her undergraduate degree from DAF Dance Arts Faculty in Rome Sarah Graduated with Merit from her MFA in Dance Performance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. She was previously a member of Eliot Smith Dance Company and has performed in works ranging from Big Shaq’s “Man Don’t Dance” to operas at the Royal Opera House. Sarah is currently co-choreographing and dancing in a performance set to premiere at the Edinburgh Fringe in August 2023.

Class Description

Sarah’s Intermediate/Advanced class is for dancers who want to have fun while being challenged. This is a dynamic release- based class that focuses on centre practice and technique, floor work, improvisation and choreography while allowing space for individuality. Sarah’s approach to contemporary dance is aimed at constructing and building up control of the movement to then deconstruct it and release it.
