Peter is qualified in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy (BTEC level 5) and studied at the renowned London School of Sports Massage, he is also qualified in Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Thai, Swedish, Indian Head massage, Dry Needling and has trained all over the world including Thailand, Hawaii, Arizona and most of Europe.

Peter’s unique blend of skills and techniques has led him to practice throughout the UK, Europe and the United States. He has worked extensively with Olympic, Paralympic and athletes from a variety of sports, including tennis, cirque du soleil, ballet, rugby, running, boxing, football, swimming, and hockey. He also has a breadth of experience treating people from non-sporting backgrounds with years of experience of working in a clinical environment.

Peter was head of sports massage and managed a number of massage therapists across 7 London clinics, lead therapist for Harpenden RFC, and working with the academy players for the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA). Provides workshops for dance academies teaching them injury prevention and body management.

A key part of Peter’s work is establishing the root cause and muscle groups affected by injuries, providing massage and assisting with rehabilitation and future injury prevention. Peter believes that massage is a necessity, not a luxury and, as such, his technique often involves a bespoke approach, producing an individual and personal programme of treatment.
