Classical Ballet Class – Vaganova Method
A classical ballet class based on the teachings of the famous teacher Svetlana Aderhaeva who has taught and coached Mariana and many Bolshoi Ballet dancers, including principal dancers Ekaterina Krysanova and Anastasia Stashkevich. An academic class, using the Vaganova method, with a focus on maintaining the technique in a relaxed and joyful Brazilian way. Mariana prioritizes musicality, precision of movement, and joy and pleasure in dancing.
At the barre, she focuses on placement and precision, and in center work, she emphasizes balance and turns. Her combinations are danceable and incorporate expansive movements and large jumps, which allows the student to feel the joy of dancing on a stage.
