ABOUT THE COURSE
Suitable for those who have already taken our Beginners Course or who have some experience in beginners classical Ballet Classes.
Classes will be relaxed and informative providing a sound knowledge of basic technique. The course will have great benefits such as improving coordination, posture, toning the body, strengthening and lengthening of muscles and musicality.

- Posture and placement work
- Improve core strength
- Basic steps
- Footwork combination
- Improve muscle tone in a long lean elegant way
- Improve flexibility, all while dancing!
- Barre work with basic easy to follow exercises to focus on correct technique
- Centre practice, including:
- Port de Bras
