The focus of my career has been equally balanced between three of my passions: health, mind and art. For the past 20 years I have extensively taught a wide range of dance and fitness disciplines. Since becoming fully qualified in Pilates, Yoga and Fitness, I have combined these skills with my career as a dancer, choreographer and artistic director, to create a unique space for clients to grow.
The structure of my classes are formed from a grounded foundation of the best specialist knowledge of Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, Ayurveda and Chinese medicine. Having thoroughly studied these subjects, I continue to build my knowledge through research, as I believe that the balance of the body, follows the balance of knowledge.
As the director and choreographer of a contemporary dance company of twenty dancers and movers, I integrate professionals and non-professionals from different disciplines, including ballet, capoeira and kata, as I believe diversity enriches us all.
I develop movement and creative courses for universities and academies, with the aim to create new, faster and more efficient methods to unlock the body, mind and senses.
I produce work extensively across the UK, Europe and the USA.
Having witnessed the benefits of Pilates first hand he is keen to pass on what he has learnt with care, precision and enjoyment.

Quite simply, Pilates will make you feel, look and move better than you ever have before.Tone Up Pilates makes use of Pilates Resistance Ring in order to increase the intensity of exercises as well as targeting specific muscles and areas that are difficult to train. Tone Up Pilates is physical fitness system of focused exercises connecting the body and mind to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness. This type of exercise suits all range of clientele: from those whose work demands too much sitting; to those who sit too little; from dancers, actors and musicians to sportspeople; from people with injuries and chronic pain to pregnant women; even to those who have never exercised before, and the list goes on.
You will see and feel the difference soon after you start the lessons – you should develop a flatter stomach, improved posture and more flexible joints.I pay full attention to the specific needs of each individual, to give tailored advice and guidance.
Beyond techniques, I focus on a practice that has been enriched from a number of movement disciplines. I consider both isolated controlled movement and combined fluid movement equally important across all levels of complexity.
My aim is to restore, maintain and enhance movement range, stability and connection. I believe a healthy functional body includes the artistic expression of the movement.
