Cunningham Contemporary

Using the structure of the Cunningham class, this class will work on basic techniques, mobilizing and strengthening the spine and core, focusing on rhythm and dynamics to promote moving freely in a safe and knowledgeable way!

This is a general level class, so some experience is helpful but all are welcome!
