Class Description

The Limón technique class is a foundational approach to modern dance that emphasises the integration of breath, weight, organic rhythms, suspension, and succession. In the Limón-class, these fundamental principles are incorporated to guide you in incorporating the technique into their movement vocabulary. Through the seamless integration of these elements will lead throughout the class to incorporate the technique into contemporary dance.

The class encourages students to explore and express themselves authentically, delving into the emotional and artistic possibilities of their own unique movement qualities. By experimenting with various modes of self-expression, students can tap into new levels of creativity and establish deeper connections with their artistry. This class provides a nurturing environment for dancers to discover and refine their individuality, fostering growth and artistic exploration.
