Biography

Of Northern Brazilian origin, Fabrizio Amanajas is a motivated and passionate dance performer.  He is a choreographer and creative director in his own right and has worked as an independent artist for many years in the
UK.  He trained for three years as a musical theatre performer at Millennium Dance 2000, followed by a MA in Physical Theatre from Royal Holloway, University of London, and has performed at various prestigious theatres
such as the Royal Opera House and the Liverpool Empire Theatre amongst others around the globe.

Dance Burn Class Description

Dance Burn is an explosive cardiovascular dance class based on Latin, International Pop, and Musical Theatre styles. It is great for losing weight, improving heart and lung health, maintaining strong bones, improving posture and muscle strength, increasing balance and co-ordination, increasing physical confidence, and improving mental function and beating stress. Dance Burn is for everyone! Anyone can enjoy dancing regardless of their age or background, shape or size. At its simplest, dance involves moving rhythmically to music.  Anyone can do this and enjoy the health-giving benefits. While you are having fun moving to music and meeting new people with the same interest, you are also getting all the health benefits of a good workout.

 

Essential Pilates Class Description

Pilates challenges your balance and coordination and furthers your understanding of your body whilst toning and lengthening your muscles. Essential Pilates classes are a great addition to your workout routine and have many benefits: increased flexibility, better posture, injury prevention, deeper core strength and enhanced athletic performance.
