“From a range of contemporary dance to classical ballet techniques. This class will include a warmup, followed by a full Contemporary class (sometimes with a classical barre in the center). There will be a focus on technique and moving past your extremities, incorporating floorwork and breath as well as a focus on the body moving and flowing in the space so you can enjoy dancing. Some days a combination will be taught and developed over the classes”.
