Eliza DeLite first stepped into the burlesque world in 2008 and has since enjoyed a glittering international career. Pulling together her extensive training in art studies, and contemporary dance, Eliza’s stage performances encompass elevated elegance, powerful stage presence, creative artistic vision and dazzling costumes inspired by the golden age of Hollywood.

Throughout her career, Eliza has toured regularly across Europe and the USA, with performances at renowned burlesque events such as the Burlesque Hall of Fame Miss Exotic World Weekender (Las Vegas), Duane Park (NYC,) Voodoo DeLuxe (Milan), Boheme Sauvage (Berlin) to name but a few, and has headlined some of the UK and Europe’s most prestigious burlesque revues.

In 2019 she earned a sought-after residency at Mayfair’s very own Park Chinois before going on to tour in Germany and Austria with The Firebirds Burlesque Show, 2020.

In summer 2020 she was awarded a grant from Arts Council England and is currently working on a new theatrical burlesque work.

Also, a trained photographer & film maker, Eliza has a strong understanding of visuals and aesthetic design, a strong and essential component of her stage work and choreography.

Class Description

Join Eliza and unleash your inner stage goddess! Perfect for those looking to learn striptease essentials, build self-confidence, work on stage presence and connect with others. This inclusive and empowering drop-in burlesque class (all genders and levels of experience welcome) will help you engage with your inner sensuality, identity and have fun dancing to fun choreographed numbers that will be built on each week. Look forward to leaving this class with a strut in your step and ready to take on the world!

Classes will include a combination of dance, musicality, floorwork, striptease (such as gloves, shoes & stockings) and a focus on creating strong, powerful and elegant lines through a series of exercises and choreographed routines.


What to wear/bring: 

    • Comfortable, close fitting clothing such as leggings/ vest top /gym gear / shorts or leotards are ideal.  
    • A pair of comfortable heels that you feel stable dancing in. 
    • A pair of evening / opera length gloves 
    • Stockings (not hold-ups) & a suspender belt.  
    • A hard back book or notepad.
