Danceworks Beginner Ballet Course is aimed at anyone who has had a brief introduction to the basic principles of ballet and would like to continue improving their technique while working slowly in a controlled environment. You may have already taken our Absolute Beginner’s level 1 course. In this course, there will still be a great deal of focus placed on achieving correct body alignment. This will ensure an easy transition into an Improver level where you will be learning pirouettes and more complicated combinations. An added benefit of doing this course is that you will get to do class with the same teacher and the same group of dancers for the duration of the ten weeks. This creates a safe and familiar environment where you will feel more comfortable exploring new steps and reaching your full potential, asking questions, and having fun.
