Danceworks Absolute Beginners Ballet course offers a complete first-time introduction to ballet. This course is ideal for someone who has never done ballet before or may perhaps have done it in the past but needs a complete refresher. Ballet used in the right way has many benefits. It can correct bad posture, give you strength and flexibility so that you can move with ease through your day-to-day life, and improve your coordination. We will ensure that you have a solid foundation after the ten weeks so that you can achieve all of this. Taking a course like this is great preparation for taking open classes.
